Shipping Policy – Qolira
At Qolira, I do my best to deliver your order to your home as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all information regarding our shipping terms.
Shipping Area
I currently ship within the Netherlands only.
Orders with a delivery address outside the Netherlands are not accepted or processed.
Digital products (such as downloads) are available worldwide, as they are delivered digitally via email or a download link.
Order Processing Time

Standard products: usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Custom keyboards or made-to-order products: require a longer processing time. The exact delivery time depends on the complexity of the build and will be communicated in advance.

Pre-order products: are shipped once they become available. The expected delivery date is stated on the product page or confirmed by email.

Digital downloads: are delivered immediately after payment — no processing time or physical shipping applies.
Orders are not processed on public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are calculated via DHL or PostNL.
Any exceptional shipping costs (for example, for large or heavy shipments) will be clearly stated during checkout.
No shipping costs apply to digital products.
Shipping costs are not included when purchasing physical products and will be calculated separately at checkout.
Delivery
We ship using reliable delivery services such as PostNL or DHL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code.
Delivery usually takes place within 1–2 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Delayed Delivery
While I strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors such as carrier congestion, weather conditions, or production delays related to custom or pre-order items.
If you have not received your order within 5 business days after shipment (and you have not been informed of a delay), please contact info@qolira.nl, and I will look into it for you immediately.
Incorrect Address Information
Please carefully check your address details when placing your order.
Qolira is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may be charged for a second delivery attempt.
Order Pickup
At this time, it is not possible to collect orders in person.
All orders are shipped exclusively via our shipping partners.
Important Information for Pre-Orders
Products marked as “Pre-order” are not immediately available.
The stated delivery date is an estimated date and may change due to production or transportation circumstances.
If your order contains both pre-order and standard products, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items become available, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products (such as images or files) are delivered immediately after payment via email or download link.
Because delivery is immediate, no physical shipping costs apply and no shipping time frame is applicable.
If you do not receive a download link within a few minutes after payment, please check your spam folder or contact info@qolira.nl.
