Return Policy – Qolira

At Qolira, I strive for satisfied customers and high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may — under certain conditions — make use of our return policy.


Return Period

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for eligible products.

Please note: pre-order products have a longer delivery time. The return period begins only after the product has been delivered and received.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged, with any tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • You must be able to provide proof of purchase or the original invoice.

  • Returns are only accepted after prior registration via info@qolira.nl.

  • After approval, you will receive a return label and further instructions.

  • Items returned without prior return approval cannot be accepted.

Exceptions – Custom Keyboards

In accordance with Article 6:230p, subsection f of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or personalized products.

Therefore, custom keyboards or parts that have been modified upon request cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.


Digital Products (Downloads)

Digital products, such as images, files, or digital content available for immediate download, are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the download has started or has been completed.

By purchasing a digital download, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has begun.

If you experience a technical issue with a download or receive a corrupted file, please contact info@qolira.nl within 48 hours of purchase so we can resolve the issue.


Statutory Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal)

For standard products (excluding custom-made items and digital downloads), consumers within the EU are entitled to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

Within this period, you may withdraw from the agreement without stating a reason. The product must remain unused, undamaged, and complete.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@qolira.nl within 14 days of receiving your order. After registration, you will have an additional 14 days to return the product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is damaged or you have received an incorrect item, contact info@qolira.nl within 48 hours of delivery.
I will be happy to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products (such as custom keyboards or specially assembled parts)

  • Digital downloads where delivery has already begun or been completed

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons


Exchanges

If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation.
If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time.
